Shipping and Returns Policy ⋆ PhoebeMoon Quilt Designs

Phoebe Moon quilt patterns are available two ways: as a digital PDF pattern you can download and print at home, or as a printed paper pattern mailed to you. Here is what to expect with each.

Shipping

Digital (PDF) patterns: These are instant downloads, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge. Your pattern is ready to download as soon as checkout is complete.

Printed patterns: Printed patterns are mailed First Class at a flat rate. Postage is $2.50. Please allow up to a week for your pattern to arrive.

Wholesale orders: Shop owners, please see our Wholesale Quilt Patterns page for minimums and shipping terms.

Returns

Digital (PDF) patterns: Because digital files cannot be sent back, digital patterns are not returnable. If you have trouble downloading or opening your pattern, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Printed patterns: Printed patterns may be returned within 30 days, as long as they are in resalable condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. Once we receive your pattern, we will send your refund or replacement the next business day.
