Bigfoot has finally been caught on camera, and he seems to have brought the whole family. This is a playful 68″ × 82″ flannel quilt featuring fussy-cut Bigfoot picture patches framed by pieced Bear Claw blocks. Forest prints, footprints, and earthy neutrals give the quilt a cozy woodland look, while the repeating block layout keeps the design lively without making it fussy.

This beginner-friendly pattern uses the Magic Eight method to make half-square triangles and includes clear, step-by-step diagrams for assembling the blocks, rows, and borders. A bonus section offers practical tips for cutting, pressing, sewing, and quilting flannel, which can be a little fuzzy about following directions. (Yes, that a pun.) Perfect for a cabin, family room, guest bed, or anyone who believes every quilt should have at least one mysterious creature hiding in it.
